#DarkAsgard (under construction)
The Waterfront (Under Construction) The waterfront is an area of old, rundown warehouses under revitalization, seedy businesses, and a few shops and marine themed stores trying to survive until things get turned around for the better. It is Southeast of the Capitol, around C Street and lower, to Half Street.
Potomac Park - Haines Point - The Tidal Basin
Haines Point is an older park across from the Waterfront, in the Potomac Park area bordering SE and SW (going towards the Tidal Basin). One of the most vivid landmarks is a sculpture of a man emerging from the ground at the head of the park, called "Awakening."
