"Embassy Row," in Washington DC, generally refers to a stretch of Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Avenues (Northwest) extending out from Dupont Circle, toward the National Cathedral, along which one finds many (but not all) of the District's foreign embassies. |

The star for the Estonian Embassy is the
fictitious location of the original 11th Hour Lounge, Capital Hill being
North of there near Florida or Connecticut Avenues, in Kalorama/Sheridan.
